May 10th Wing Foiling Clinic
We will be conducting an hour long land based clinic on May 10th, 12pm - 1pm for folks looking to explore Wing Foiling. This is a great opportunity for people who are curious about the sport and what it takes to learn. The 1 hour session will cover wing handling basics, winging terminology, safety, walkthrough drills.
Land based Class 1 hour
- Basic Sailing and winging concepts
- Wind, terminology, slang, equipment, safety
- Walkthroughs on how to hold wing, fly wing, how to go upwind, downwind, jibe, flipping wing over in water, self rescue, stance
